FORMS:  Genesis,  Exodus

ONE STEPS:  One-steps 1 thru 4

KICKS: Turning Back Kick  

STANCES:  Side stance ("Horse" stance)

BLOCKS:  Knife Hand block,  Box block

Everything else they've already learned now performed at a better level.

 

 

 

 

General Items:

Good Attitude:           Paying Attention.
                                    Not talking at improper times.
                                    Respecting the Instructor and your Classmates.
