Blue Belt

 

This list is still a bit of work in progress, but it has most things needed:

FORMS:  Joshua,  Kings

BLOCKS:  Hammerfist block

KICKS:  Crescent kicks (both in, and out, and spinning), Heel kick/hook kiick (regular and spinning)

ONE STEPS:  One steps 5 through 8.  (PLUS still knowing 1 through 4)

SPARRING, iincluding multiples (usually 2 opponents)

Break 1 board. 

 

Everything else they've already learned now performed at a better level.
